Partner agreement.

Version 2026-10-27 (rev. 3). Between Still Beating LLC, Troy, Missouri (“we”) and the studio that accepts it when signing up (“you”).

  1. What we make. For each order you send, we print your photo (canvas, framed canvas or metal), add an NFC tag and QR code, build the couple’s page that plays the clip, host it for at least ten years, and ship the print within the US.
  2. Forever hosting (optional). You may add Forever hosting to any order at the price on your partner page and sell it to the couple at a price you set. A Forever page stays live for as long as we, or a successor that takes over our pages, operate; it is backed by a hosting reserve and a named custodian for relivethis.com, as described in our hosting policy. Forever hosting is included at no charge on Still Here memorial prints.
  3. Your brand. Your studio’s name goes on the mat line, the couple’s page, the box label and the packing slip. Our name appears only in the small hosting notice, and we will leave even that off if you ask.
  4. Our prices and payment. Our prices are on your partner page. You pay by card when you send each order. Once your studio passes $1,000 in orders within 90 days you may ask to switch to one monthly invoice, due within 15 days. Price changes apply only to orders placed after we give you 30 days’ notice.
  5. Your sale. You set your own retail price and make your own sale to the couple, including any sales tax that applies to it. The couple is your client.
  6. Your copyright. You keep full copyright in your photos and in any video you supply. You give us a non-exclusive license to use the one frame and the clip(s) you send for that order: to make the print, build and host the couple’s page, and make further prints that are ordered from that page.
  7. Your permissions. You confirm that you have the right to send us each photo and clip, including any permission needed from a videographer or guest who shot it.
  8. No other use. We never post, sell, show in our marketing, or use to train any software any photo or clip you send, unless you give us written permission for a specific use. Working files are deleted after the order ships; the hosted clip stays for the couple’s page.
  9. The couple’s page. Pages are unlisted and reached only from the tag, the QR code or a link the couple shares. The couple may ask for a password, a download of their clip, or for the page to come down. If we ever stop operating, the couple gets at least 12 months’ notice and their clip, and Forever pages pass to our named custodian.
  10. Prints ordered from the page. Family and friends can order their own print from the couple’s page, sold under your studio’s name. Your share is the difference between the page price and our price for that format.
  11. Add-on clips (optional). If you send extra clips and choose to offer them, the couple can buy them on their page at the price you set. Each sale is split 50/50 after card fees. Clips you don’t offer stay off the page.
  12. How your share is paid. Your share of any sale made from your couples’ pages (clauses 10 and 11) is applied first to any open invoice on your account. Anything left is kept as credit and used toward your next orders. Your credit balance is shown on your partner page.
  13. Turnaround. Prints usually arrive about two weeks after you send the order; rush shipping is available. These are estimates, not guarantees.
  14. Damaged or faulty prints. If a print arrives damaged or with a print defect, tell us within 30 days with a photo and we remake it free.
  15. No exclusivity, no minimum. You can use any other lab or product, and order as often or as rarely as you like. Either of us can end this agreement at any time by email. Pages already made stay hosted for their full term.
  16. Limits. Our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid us for it. Neither of us is responsible for the other’s indirect losses. Missouri law applies.
  17. Changes. We may update this agreement by emailing you 30 days before the change takes effect. Orders already placed keep the terms they were placed under. If you don’t agree to a change you can stop at any time.
