This policy covers stillbeating.app and relivethis.com, both run by Still Beating LLC in Troy, Missouri. We don't sell your information.
What we collect
- Orders: your name, email, phone number, shipping address and what you bought. Stripe handles your card details, and we never see your full card number.
- Uploads: the photos and videos you send us, plus the names, dates and places you add to a print.
- Messages: what you send through our forms, by email or by phone.
- Ticket checks: the ticket photo or screenshot you send to get a verified badge.
- Site logs: ordinary server logs needed to run and protect the sites.
How we use it
We use your information to fill orders, host your video page, answer you, keep tax and business records, and prevent fraud. We'll email you about your order. We only send marketing if you asked for it, and you can stop it at any time.
Your video page
Print pages aren't listed or searchable, but anyone with the tag, QR code or link can open one, so please think about who you share it with. Ask us if you'd like a password on your page.
Who we share it with
We share only what each company needs to do its job for us:
- Stripe, for payments and sales tax
- Prodigi and its print labs, to print and ship your order
- Vercel, to host the sites and your files
- Resend and Google Workspace, for email and our business phone line
- FormSubmit, to deliver messages from our forms
- Retell AI, for our phone assistant
If you buy through a studio or partner, they may see your order details. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Phone calls
An automated assistant may answer calls to our business line, and calls may be recorded or transcribed so we can follow up.
Cookies
We don't use advertising trackers on these sites. We count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or identify you. Stripe uses its own cookies at checkout to process payments and prevent fraud.
How long we keep it
We keep your video page and its files for the hosting period in our hosting policy, and order records for as long as we need them for tax and business purposes.
Your choices
Email us to see, correct or delete your information, or to take down your video page. We may need to keep some records, such as tax records. Removing a page stops its print from playing.
Children
Our sites aren't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
